Is the RAM really supposed to be in the far two left slots?

    Looks awesome though!

Yeah I thought it was odd to but in the book that came with the MoBo that's how it was labelled but nonetheless at a later point I want to put more RAM in and run a RAMDisk for the hell of it.

Also, I'm getting deja vu for this post...

Right? It's pretty damn impressive, that's for sure! I'm going to wait, though, I really have no real use for it at this point and the technology can only get better!

Looks good setup Tradewind, one question though cause it seems odd to me. How does having the keyboard lower with a desk cutout work? Lets say you wanted the desk space for something you can't just place the keyboard on the side. Also, i bet you get used to it, having your one hand lower for keyboard and the other higher for mouse, doesn't it feel weird? Dunno i would feel my left arm locked "passing" from the cut-out down to keyboad.

No idea lol, desk is like 20 years old (hence the wear) I just like it. It's more the shape of the desk than anything specific.

That's because there's no fault tolerance or redundancy so to the average user buying one larger drive makes more sense. So it's not really that funny or curious.

If you run two drives in RAID0 then you have twice the risk of losing data to corruption. People weren't scoffing at the idea of wanting more speed.

Well, everyone jumped me about running a 750 ti with such an otherwise advanced setup.. It ran great, actually, but I could not resist it, and finally gave in to what was the ultimate plan. At the time of the build the Ti version was not out and the Titan was TOO much and the regular 980 just wasn't worth the price (and I didn't have it), so now...
