Anyone know what this could be from? I just kind of logged in and it randomly happened. My frames are perfectly fine until I mouse-over and item for the tooltip then I suddenly get frame rate spikes.

Note: It's only equipment that's causing the issues. Herbs, consumables, etc. are fine.
