450 Eng and 400 Ench. Should I replace enchanting with mining?

So right now it seems the only benefit of being an enchanter (other than being able to enchant, of course) is being able to add +80 stats to my rings. I'm wondering if I should switch to mining now and be able to get tons of early-expansion ore inflation money from doing that. What do you guys think?

Also of note is the fact that Engineer / Gathering profession gets unique access to volatile life in Cataclysm...

I would swap Enchanting to Mining imo, since its easier to level your Engineering with Mining. Just my toughts!
