Can you make a fully black worgen akin to black tauren?

I wanna make a Scar (lion king) look-alike.

Scar was brown with a black mane. So, a black-on-black worgen wouldn't be a Scar look-alike. I know, I know, we're nitpicking.

To answer your question, I don't think you can get a black/black worgen, but I'm not actually sure. I just haven't seen one in any of the vids or images I've seen.

You can, although it really depends on which face you pick. Only one face is pure black with black fur selected; the others are all lighter in color.

Scar == lion == Feline Family
Worgan == Wolfs == Canine Family

but on topic I do belive that you can from what I have seen.
