ACTUALLY, Torchic is a basic pokemon that doesn't evolve from anything. Even if I could evolve into a Torchic, I wouldn't use Fireblast as it has a decent chance to miss, I would instead go for Heat Wave which sacrifices only a small amount of power for much more reliability!
