Thats not even a good hoax/conspiracy. To purposely cause mayhem that would ensue would leave the government vulnerable to lawsuits/possibly riots. Think of the people that would die/crime that would be committed. And this isnt a real website, so no one would be informed...obviously not happening.
Lol, I like this link they provide, seemingly their source? :
Here is the IRS website stating Planned Outage from 11/9/13 - 11/12/13: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Onlin...nt-Application
Nice source.
I always wondered what type of people fell for this kinda stuff...
So you believe the US will stand on top of a mountain with the world's greatest blowhorn, and shout 'The gloves are off! We can take you bare-handed! Come at us, bro! You'll never get a better shot!'
Uhuh.
I'm all for more transparency from our government. I'm also a huge fan of groups warning the general public of sensitive information that is pertinent to them (a la Wikileaks). I love my country, but there's a lot we could do to better inform our people. I feel that a great majority of the people leading our country are scumbags that are only in it for themselves and a select few others. It worries me on a fairly regular basis what the fate of our country will be.
... But as soon as I see a website use the word "sheep," I'm out. That word is the red flag of conspiracy-theorist nutjobs. If you guys really want to sell whatever snakeoil you have on the menu this week, realize that even my grandmother probably rolls her eyes when you refer to the American public as "sheep."
Conspiracy theories aren't allowed here. Locked.
