At the Stonemother's Call.

I can't seem to get the quest "At the Stonemother's Call" at all in Deepholm, i've flown around looking for it but i can't seem to find it.

According to wowhead i've done all the lead up quests but i still can't obtain it.

same here could not figure it out, Is this an alliance only quest? Or is for the Horde also? Bugged maybe?
