Hurricane + Nature's Grace, Not stacking?

I dont think Hurricane and Nature's Grace are stacking can anyone double check, been playing with it for a while now, and i dont see any change when they both proc, or when just nature's grace procs.

sorry to ask but what is there to stack about those 2 abilites ?

hurricane is a aoe whit a -20% attack speed debuff on the targets
nature grace is a +5% self spell haste buff

hurricane is a new enchant, increase haste rating by 450.

he ment if its stacked with the speed the lightning coming down of hurricane.
and its 15%haste buff not 5%
haste reduce the channeling time and reduce the time of you need to wait till it does dmg

I was actually talking about the Hurricane Enchant, that gives a 450 haste buff on proc for 12 seconds, i dont think it stacks with a balance talent called Nature's Grace which increases haste by 15% for 15 seconds.

They should be able to stack, I don't see why not?
