feral charge macro

hi first off i hope im posting this in the right place.

during wotlk i had a nice little macro that let me use feral charge for cat when i was cat form and feral charge for bear when i was in bear form, plain and simple my R button would charge me, without having to take room in my action bar for 2 buttons

since i got on cata , it hasnt been working, i was wondering if anyone could help me make this macro?

Here is the macro I use for feral charge. I have it cast the cat version in cat form, bear version in bear form, and shapeshift to bear form if I am in neither form (I mainly play tank, so you can change that to cat form if you mostly dps). You can leave off the last part, but then you will get a red ? icon when you are out of form.
