Locking out content (ie: farmable mobs, mining nodes, flight paths, any quest that might be orange) so that you have vast areas with nothing in them is not "dynamic and engaging" it's an artificial cockblock specifically designed to slow players down in a way that should have been done with a proper leveling curve, not the stupidly fast curve you have now.
And reverting to BOP crafting mats that require raiding, running heroics is another piss poor way of slowing down players, there was a reason it was reviled.

Who cares? Are you saying that they are disqualified because they geared up their core 10 with a 25man before they unlock heroic mode? So now playing smart is against the rules? Wow next thing you know people will be getting a 3 day ban for using their brain when killing raid bosses.

They got it first even if it is 10man, they are on the same difficulty now so you can't go "oh but its 10man!".
