a tank queue on your server? Back in Wrath when it was only 20-40g I never really took advantage of all the DPS willing to pay for a tank to queue with, but today I noticed a few dps offering 300g a head and decided to bite.
Certainly wasn't the easiest gold I've ever made, but it damn well felt close. @ 300g a head it sure sweetens the deal to run w/o my guild in LFD. Anyone else seeing similar numbers? Higher? Lower?
Maybe I just got lucky, but if it stays stable around this amount, I could see myself doing this kind of thing more often. Just wondering if other tanks have been seeing similar numbers.

Most people on my server expect everything to be free, I haven't seen anyone try to pay for a tank. They just want to be carried.

I've seen 200 gold per head for a tank and 100 gold per head for a healer.

Since there are barely any enrage timers on the bosses, it can sometimes be easier to 4-man vs 5-man. So just take a random newbie as your fifth and let him die whenever he takes damage.

People pay for tanks and healers? I wouldn't trust the average pug to tank a dead rat.

I was offered 2k a couple days ago for one heroic. If ever there was a bad sign, that would be it. "No thanks".

tanking gems are expensive. I would accept 300g for sure, 3 runs will buy me 1 gem

A good healer is worth more than a good tank. And on my server, heals are instant q also.

i get payed 50g for reg dungeons lol.
for heroics ive seen offers as high as 400g
