Field of View command (like when drunk)

Is there a script command or something to change the default FOV or Field Of View value in the game?

You know the effect you get when you get drunk in the game? The view widens, turns into a "fish eye view". It would be useful to be able to have that as default, because it would allow you to have the view somewhat close but still see a wider field of view.

I dont know if they have that in the API specifically, but it could be tolerable if coupled with Viewporter. It would bug me to no end for the FOV to be different than what it is. It wouldn't be giving an unfair advantage to someone because people can already achieve this by spanning their view across multiple screens.

There isn't one that's exposed to users or addons. It's one of the many things that WoW does that's completely internal only.
