Toss-up between Skoll and Loque'nahak for me. Loque for its unique model (apart from the ZD Loa), but it looks a bit derpy.
Skoll for looks and lightning graphics, but I'm not a huge fan of the Northrend worg models. :<

I'd say Loque'nahak, with Gondria second. Arcturis looks decent. Skoll is ugly.

I have all of them and really loved Loque; but to be honest, on the long term with a dwarf hunter, Arcturis wins hands down.
