Do you need Illustrious Grand Master to get Zin'Rokh?

Basically my character is only level 71, but I just hit 450 in Archaeology. I can't get the next rank until 75, but I have a bunch of troll fragments just itching to be used. Anyone know if I can get it?

450 is the magical number, you'll have the same RNG as everyone 450+

I would suggest doing a few more digsites to be sure. If things are popping up in the Cataclysm zones, or you start finding common artifacts with 2 keystone slots, you can also get the level 85 epics. If not, you need to get to level 75 first and buy Illustrious Grandmaster.
