Being able to Regen 6% of you TOTAL mana every 2 minutes is Way to overpowered for an racial ability.

my Human Spirit racial (+3% spirit) has got to be op too, sitting at 3100 with my weapon proc. mmmm, regen.

Its fairly balanced, the closest competetor being the human racial will get ~75% of blood elf's racial without any bonus buffs like mana tide, spirit proc trinkets and alike which will all increase it

neither of you have obviously never played a healer in Cataclysm, if you say that 6% mana every 2 minutes is not Overpowered for a racial Ability.

I have a quick question, does arcane torrent restore the mana based off the current mana pool while using it? Like if int procced and flasked and got a hymn of hope buff, would torrent increase too? That's pretty wicked.

it makes sense, blood elves love mana, best mana users in the game, if your not a caster and play a blood elf, might as well un-install. The racial suits them, its not OP. Keep it as is

obtaining 100k+ mana is Really easy for a paladin even in the 2 first weeks of cataclysm.
A quick calculation:
100.000/100*6=6000 mana restored every 2 minutes.
6000/120*5= 250 Mana pr 5 second for a racial.
OVertuned now that mana started to matter so much
fix blizzard.

6000 mana is not even 1 cast of a spell that hits any harder than a pansy. Originally Posted by Mbgz

I could use one solitary Holy Shock or Holy Light on that, but that's it. Divine Light, Flash of Light and Holy Radiance all cost more mana than that.
Sooo...definitely not gamebreaking by any means.

Stylish Tauren vs Gay Elf + Arcane Torrent? ....hm what would you choose?
Racials are a small bonus, it doesn't matter much, so pick the Race you think looks the best.

Not even close, has never been and never ever will be. Racials has been a Factor of Imbalance since Day one. all good players know that.
and if you havent noticed All mp5 is about Stacking. why would you bother getting 1 piece of gear with 50 mp5 ?
LOL thats 1200 mana every 2 minutes !? thats not even a holy light LOL FAIL mana regen is now the worst stat in the world for all healers with that Math. another obvious clue contributing to my conclusion that no one here plays healer as mainspecc.

what is a mana pot these days ? 10k mana ?
lets say thats 150k mana is a reachable goal ( wich i think it will be in cataclysm )
Thats 9k mana every 2 minutes.
Free mana pot every 2 minutes + a regular one once a fight.
Huge racial is huge.
