Not since 1998 it hasn't. A gigabyte only denotes the decimal version at 1000 MB. The IEC changed the definitions. Any of the binary versions (those using 1024) now use different names (Gibibyte for example).

A follow up season on adult swim/toonami, it'll be the same creator and I imagine they'll find a good sound alike for Aku that'll do Mako justice. Genndy Tartakovsky said that he's not sure about if it'll have multiple seasons but that he'll finish the story in the current season or at least get close and he's open to more seasons if they get picked up again.

That notice actually serves a pretty important purpose. That notice is like that clause in Van Halen contracts about the bowl of M&Ms with the brown ones taken out: it is a good indication that the machine is built according to legal specifications. It used to have some company information on there as well, but after that information was abused too many times, they replaced that notice with this one.

They are authorities legally authorized in that specific instance to impart maximum violent force within their means against any resistance ... then they both recognise and CHOOSE to not ignore a custom that has nothing to with them culturally, their authority or their mission.

Ofc it is notable and easily bears special mention. It is even more noticeable in other ways, e.g. can you imagine an American SWAT team doing the same? ...
