    Engineering: Plasma Shield Belt Tinker

    Is it usable in Arenas and/or Rated BG's?

    Well ain't that some shit.

    Meh, still very useful in World PvP. Almost an extra 20% health, still very nice.

    There's some really nasty debuffs to it though, a chance of either taunting everything close, 100% crit chance against you or being stunned. Makes it not worth it.
