Compare Motherboards

So I'm in the process of building a new computer and I have the option of two different motherboards, both being the same price.

I have no idea which is better, or if it makes a difference.

Please give a reason for your choice.

(Edit: Both are USB 3.0)

Only difference is the Asus mobo has one more PCI expansion slot than the Gigabyte mobo while the Gigabyte mobo has one more PCI e slot than the Asus mobo.

In other words, no not much of a difference in your case so go with the cheaper one.
