This is connected to 2012, beginning of the end.
OT: Ice Lance is OP, and even if they reduced damage taken while frozen, ice lance still hits to hard for a instant, even on not frozen targets, and now the 15% extra dmg buff to it ...

All siege vehicles have been given 10% resistance to icelance after careful
P.S.
Icelance now causes your character to be afflicted with hypothermia frostbite and the cold.
