Simple question/discussion.

With the upcoming buff to our Mastery and Raging Blow, has this at all changed which T11 piece we leave out? At the moment the ideal piece to leave out are the legs but would everyone venture to guess this would still be the case in 4.0.6? I mean if Mastery surpasses Haste then it's possible we would leave out a haste piece (assuming there is a good offset item for that slot).

just got a pair of legs from al'akir with 208 hitrating, 208 expertise, 301 str and 20 str bonus (1 red 1 blue) and imo those are by far the best legs (non-heroic) that I/you can lay ur hands on (maybe except if al'akir legs are really random and u can get hit and crit on them)
