Try copying those parts to the /Updates folder in your wow installation.
According to Patch Mirror's @ WoWWiki there will be some download, though it does not say how much.

I tried that but the downloader seems to just ignore part 1-2-3 and re downloads it :/

Unfortunatly the information on that seems rather lacking, with even a cached version of the page linked to on the old forums saying very little.

It's a technical limitation I guess. You can not backup that specific patch and make WoW use the old files again. You will always have to download it again unless you copy a fully patched client.
