Text Spam

Hi guys,

I've recently resumed my raiding career and decided I'd like to use a few macro's that announce what I'm doing for instance:

Using Holy Radiance! Move Closer!

Now during the heat of battle I'm not likely to just hit the key once, and chances are is that it's going to be spammed. While i'm happy with this, i only want the text message to play when the move has been activated. So after 5 key presses, it only actually plays when Holy Radiance has been used.
