Why is it such a pain to get the Nexon passport?

I entered my shit 3 times, on the 4th time it said my e-mail has already been used. YET, when I attempt to log in with the information I put in, it says it doesn't exist. There's not "accept" button, just "reset" and "back"

What the fuck.

That put me off playing that game. It's too bad, it looks good.
