Anyone checked this site out? http://www.lfguild.com/ It looks like it could be really cool but there's like 0 community...I don't think anyone knows about it. I signed up just in case it finally hits big but I don't think there's much hope for it without people getting the word out. If you guilds looking for guilds on these forums sign up and get your guild involved (and players looking for guilds sign up) you may have some luck reaching audiences outside of MMO-Champion.

Just a thought.
