Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

I've heard people mention that the luck of the draw 15% is only for heroics. Can anyone confirm this? I've only been running normals, and only see one stack of 5%, so not sure if it's a bug or intended.

Nope, just curious as I didn't read in the patch notes that it was only for heroics.

its only for heroics...
as far as needing goes, we really didnt need it for hcs either...

^/agree.
havent had any trouble healing heroics since they came out (on my druid) (my disc priest couldnt heal normals b4 4.0.6, but they were beaten to death with the nerfbat)
