Is anyone else getting the error "No Eligible Accounts Available"? I meet all the requirements but it won't let me sign up :/

I've opened up a ticket; let's see how it goes.

Blizzard Customer Support flagged my account as eligible and the problem is solved now. I suggest you open a ticket like I did.
