CS:S - on and off game over years, still one of the best shooters
Minecraft - Current love, dont think ill ever give up this game.
Warcraft3 - Torrent+bored aussie = years of fun

GTA: san andreas - cant get over how much time i put into this when i was younger.

The other games i've played over the years dont really cut it, I'll play them over a couple of weeks and get bored but those that are mentioned above stick to me and ill play them then stop and then play them again and the circle of life repeats itself.

World of warcraft - 450 days+ played speaks for itself.
Command And Conquer - Red Alert
Diablo I&II (Mostly I though, played it like a madman.)
The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time & A Link to The Past mostly.
Super Mario World - There are many good Mario games, but this one takes the cake!

And I could probably mention a bunch more, just can't be arsed!

just remembered a game... did anyone else play Bangai-O on dreamcast??? i remember paying £3 for it from electronics boutique (nab name) as it was known back then... what an awesome fun crazy mental shooter it was.. best £3 i ever spent ;p

The Football Manager series fo sure,been playing those for 10 years or so...£35 a year including all the season updates...money well spent
