About 670' MSL.
934 feet or about 328 Metres or so.
Quebec City's elevation is 575 feet, or about 175 meters.

Assuming I'm on the same elevation as the airport just outside of town, 36 feet above.
4450 ft (1356 m) According to Wiki, though I have no idea at what area they took this measurement. The area I live in is very, very... unflat. The center of town could be that 4500 feet quoted, but driving down the road a ways could put you at 4600 feet. I know if you drive just out of town about 30 minutes, you get to around 8000 feet, and some areas reach 10,000 feet.
According to the Earthtools site linked earlier, 7m/23 feet.
