Here are some poems I wrote. I am a beginner poet so please go easy one me! I hope you enjoy them and have fun!

"Unique"

Falling rapidly from the gas plagued atmosphere,
I am falling with others but am alone,
Each of us unique, but I am different,
We fall all over,
We fall here,
We fall there,
I fall alone,
Surrounded by lush green,
The giant ball of warmth and hope doesn't reach me,
I sit here,
One of a kind,
Amongst this green sea,
Not even noticed by the tiny ant armies,
I am a mere speck of white in a giant green garden,
I am unique,
We are all unique snowflakes, but I am different



"Golden Rays of Hope"
Here I sit upon my perch, squawking endlessly atop this elegant mountain,
Surrounded by the evil gray mist, fog they call it! Fog! Fog! Fog!
Oh why do you have to obscure my view?
Ahead in the valley sits more terrifying gray droplets,
The children of the valley wonder around as if they were being herded,
Vehicles with bright lights disturb the sleeping forest.
Where did the beautiful play and happiness go?
Is there still a such thing as this golden ray of hope that
swoops down upon the valley like a bird of prey?
Where could they be?
Noises of playing children and the sounds of a snoring forest breach my ears.
The golden rays of hope are here!
Here! Here! Here, I call.
Never do they come,
I sit here alone on this elegant mountain wondering where is my golden ray of hope?
