Looking for the name of an addon

There was an addon a friend gave me but i cna't remember the name of it, what it did was throttle the spam in trade chat so if say person X said "LFM BH 25 3heals 10 dps PST" it would only show that to me once every ten mins unless player X changed his spam in some way then say he got his three healers and posted only for 10 dps i would see that.

Anyways if someoen knows the name of that chat addon i would really like that as i can't remember it and don't have it anymore
