Impossible to say without knowing the state of your server's AH; but I wouldn't think less than a few thousand gold.

There was some dude on my realm who sells all the mats for 1-450 for like 5,5-6k, so maybe i'd say 10-12k 1-525. I play on Stormscale-Eu.
Everything here is underpriced so maybe alot more on your realm

Can't give you that specific estimate but when I went 1-525 a couple days ago on stormreaver eu with very few mats I had before(so AH grind) I have spent about 15k gold. This calculates also additional costs of buying 515+ recipes and I didn't take into account stuff I later sold or DE'd.
