Is anyone successful on PVE moving strictly with click to move?

Hey. I got an virus and it keeps poping up 2 windows: windows security center and xp anti-virus2011.i use microsoft security essentials, mallwarebyts and spybot. The virus swithed my firewall off and i cant open any program with out it opening up those 2 windows. I even tried in safemode to run programs but cant. I cant even open any form of internet explorer. Any1 hav any ideas what i can do?

Because googling for "xp anti-virus 2011" is hard, here's a freebie for you... Removal instructions. If this page don't work, there are plenty of other hits in the search.
