Equip/unequip trinket macro

Hi Guys/Gals

Is there a way to make a macro to equip/unequip your trinkets? I almost always blow my trinket cooldown applying buffs during the pre-pull prep phase. Pretty much leaving me lacking for the duration of the ICD. I was hopping that there was a macro I could use to ease this a little until blizz can fix the problem (or not hehe).

Any help would be great.

/equip 14 Haken des Anglermeisters

means, [Haken des Anglermeisters] equipping to slot 14.

13 = Upper Trinket
14 = Lower Trinket

Re-equipping a trinket triggers another ICD on the trinket.

That's what he wants, him casting spells triggers the trinket, causing it to go on ICD.
