I take it off after but sometimes if it gets hot in there I just take it off anyways unless I'm doing crunches or situps. The great thing about this weight room is that I get into it for free and there is nobody there ever. I mean literally I didn't go for 3 days one time and went back and everything was the same, the weight amount on the machines etc.

Appreciate it, I've been trying to keep going everyday even after a grueling session of work for 7+ hours. I feel like a better person when I do it, I tend to do weightlifting first and then just straight crossfit and I'll tell you what, I dread the crossfit every time.
10 pushups
10 situps
10 wide arm pushups
10 reverse crunches
10 close arm pushups
10 crunches
I did all of that 6 times over today with no stops in between each. Grueling stuff... I've been avoiding running so I gain weight first and then once I gain the amount I want to get too I'll incorporate running so it can stay even albeit I'll have to eat even more food. -_-
