Sälen. It's a pretty neat place, both if you are into downhill skiing/boarding and x-country. Have been going there almost every year since I was a toddler.
The nerve is called the "nerve of awareness". You cant dissect it. Its a current that runs up the center of your spine. I dont know if any of you have sat down, crossed your legs, smoked DMT, and watch what happens... but what happens to me is this big thing goes RRRRRRRRRAAAAAWWW! up my spine and flashes in my brain... well apparently thats whats going to happen if I do this stuff...
I'll be posting a picture of myself eventually. I have one from a year ago, none recent and I'm out of shape. Well my definition of out of shape. I weighed about 125 a year ago, now about 140..went from size 30 pants to 32's..don't want to go higher.
I've sorta kinda been trying to gain weight, but I'm down to around 116 pounds. I was 130 or so a month ago, and you'd think that eating more often and just sitting around 'cause winter would help gain a pound or two, but it seems to work the opposite on me.
deyana r u a model ?
Milk was a bad choice.

Bloody Hell...I really only intended that last comment to fish for mods, because a few pages ago we were all out of line for the direction the thread was going.
It's not about losing weight like "Oh crap I'm a fat slob, I'm gonna die soon if I don't change." It's more of a "I used to be able to do a lot more without getting tired. I'd play basketball and sweat like crazy, and still be able to kill the rest of the day doing whatever. Now I can barely haul around a 60-ish lb 4 year old when there's little sunlight outside without getting a bit worn out." Though that could be that I just push too hard, but the point is I need to find stability.
Don't get too carried away by my overly superior backstreet-boy pose, alright?
