Small Buzz breaks, but I mean really small

Hey guys, I've bought my laptop 4-5 months ago, it doesn't have a single problem at all. However, there is one little small thing which I wonder "how the heck?". It doesn't rely on the program I run, doesn't matter if I'm watching a HD movie in youtube, if i'm playing WoW, if i'm playing Starcraft 2, if I'm doing anything else, it just happens randomly, although not really frequently.

Sometimes while i'm watching the movie / game whatever, the laptop has 1-2 mini breaks, they last, not even a second, it's REALLY fast, but I just hear a small '' buzzz " while at it. It's not overheating, I read throughout there that this may derive from the RAM, how true is this?

Can someone tell me which might be the causes?

    My speccs are: i5 460M / ATI 5650 / 4 GB RAM DDR 3

    Thanks in advance.

No man I said it's not overheating. It happens when i'm watching a simple youtube movie while my GPU is on 50º C and CPU on 48ºC... ; /
