Question about Uldum

I'm 102/105 quests done in Uldum and I just killed the dark pharaoh and took back neferest. The good pharaoh in rahmkahen (forget his name) has told me to go into the lost city of tol'vir. Do I really have to do this to further the quest line? Quests inside instances dont count towards completeting the zones quests, previously.

Any help?

Have you done the quests up to the oasis phasing?

There are some "hidden" ones, try killing vultures and hyenas

dragon flying over obelisk of the moon..kill it for a drop
hyenas kill 1 to get the quest to kill 12
vultures at cradle of the ancients kill them to get the quest to kill more

Also kill a beetle in the temple with Harrison Jones to start another hidden quest.

Did you do those in north-western part of Uldum that lead up to the oasis phasing etc? I was left with plenty of quests when I completed the Uldum achievement really...
