You pay extra for extra features in free to play games. Not subscription games.

Guess what? You pay for stuff you want, and not for stuff you do not want. Even in a subscription game, you can pay extra if you feel you want/need a sparkly horse. If you do not want to ride a sparkly horse, there's no need to pay extra for it.

You can substitute "ride a sparkly horse" in the above sentence with any of the premium content features, and it still holds true.
