So, Blizzcon 2011 is soon gonna be upon us. And one of the biggest announcements to be expected then is the announcement of the next expansion.
There are buttloads of options of where the story will be going next, and who is gonna be the next major villain.
Whats your opinion?

Most would say Emerald Dream, but I think it's too small place to be for 5-10 levels. They didn't want Northrend to be all snowy too.
Hard to say. Anyone have the "leaked" expansion schedule link available? So far it has been accurate, maybe it will give a hint.

Azshara as major villain, maybe another Old God.
Last Expansion redone Outland or Argus with Sargeras as final Boss.

Probably about what's coming after Firelands, and Diablo 3, and Heart of the Swarm. I highly doubt they will announce the new expansion when this one has barely been out.

I think we'll leave Azeroth...go through some portals and meet up with Turalyon and Alleria. I honestly don't want to spend another xpac on Azeroth, and I certainly don't want Emerald Dream (because it's essentially just a different version of Azeroth).

Not to forget that Blizzard is indeed planning on releasing expansions faster now, and it was also shown on the (false) datamined timesheet of Blizzard with expected release dates. ^Actually that is very possible, there is strong evidence to suggest that the next expansion will be something to do with the emerald dream.

They announced Cataclysm in August 2009 during Blizzcon, Wrath had been released in 2008 during November. That is 10 months, by the time October hits it will have been around 10 months as well. So why not? Originally Posted by Noomz
