Hi im about to buy a new computer is Cyberpower PC a good place to shop?

Hi all im looking to buy a new computer form Cyberpower PC. The only thing is i read quite a few comments saying how some things are broken when they receive the cpu and the customer service is horrible...hmm i just dont know what to do and i need a computer badly. Anyone have any suggestions on where else i could get a cpu or if cyber power is trust-able?

My desktop comes from cyberpower pc. When my computer arrived it had a faulty motherboard and ram that died a couple of days later. I called them got a RMA number, sent it back (payed for 1 way shipping), they replaced it free of charge and shipped it back. Personally if you have no idea what your doing when it comes to building a computer I recommend em. They have decent prices for pre-built computers.

my current machine is from cyberpower, it's been running strong for 6 years (yeah, upgrade needed badly. yay only 1 paycheck away!) and the only things Ive had to do to the system are increasing RAM and upgrading my video card. Only suggestion with them is when ordering on everything possible try to select parts from trusted manufacturers (RAM for example they dont list the manufacturer on the default RAM pieces) as they use some iffy parts. Also they dont always do the best part securing everything in the case so spend the (I think) $15 on their internal shipping foam which should hold everything in place.

CyberpowerPC makes quality stuff and its barely over cost of parts. Much better systems than Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.
