I don't think that you can send BOAs across realms.

They cannot be sent cross-realm yet.

You can send them cross account on the same realm as long as they are on the same battle.net. You cannot send them cross realm yet.
Only way is to transfer a character that has them to the other realm.

Special syntax:
1) Load up one of your toons with all your BtA gear, and a few thousand gold.
2) Server xfer.
