Liquid Snake
He is voiced by the wonderful, Cam Clarke who also happens to voice the male blood elves.
Runners Up: Revolver Ocelot, Psycho Mantis, GlaDOS, Ganondorf, Lich King (pre-"There must always be...")

dont really have one but from my childhood itll be Dr' robotnik from sonic
Kane from Command and Conquer. Outside the scenes he's a nice guy writing autographs to his great fans, on the scenes he's the maniac who wants to mutate every single creature on world with Tiberium
I'd say between Andrew Ryan and Lucien from Fable 2. Both are demented madmen trying to craft their own utopia.
Darth Traya from Kotor 2: The Sith Lords
Never been more satisfied finishing a game in my life
"I cannot be caged. I cannot be controlled. Understand this as you die, ever pathetic, ever fools!"
"I do not remember your love, Ellesime. I have tried. I have tried to recreate it, to spark it anew in my memory, but it is gone...a hollow, dead thing. For years, I clung to the memory of it. Then the memory of the memory. And then nothing. I look upon you and feel nothing. I remember nothing but you turning your back on me, along with all the others."
You don't see dialogue like that these days. David Warner did an incredible job bringing spirit to Jon Irenicus.
I mostly play fighting games these days.
