Is the guy right?

In the local newspaper, there was this article about a guy suing another guy for...well..."coming" on him.

While filming an XXX movie, there was a scene with 2 males & 1 female, the a guy accidentally, well...you know... derped on the other guy, and he wants 20,000$ from the movie company since "it was not in the contract".

I found that funny & stupid, but at the same time, I wouldn't want that to happen to me either. Doubt I'd be in his position in the first place...

Wondering, thoughts?

Moral issues mean nothing when you are dealing with the law. Anything that breaks a contract will be liable for a court case. Bottom line is if it was not in his contract, and it happend, he will probably be able to get compensation regardless of whatever the situation is.

I think the girl was breathing too fast for the contract too. She should probably sue somebody. Pretty sure the director sneezed as well. Lawyer time. This thread, while funny (as shit), just makes me sick to my stomach how screwed up American law is.

That's just a given for stuff like that to happen, shouldn't have to be in your contract... But I can see what's going to show up in future XXX contracts though.
