computer feezes + huge wow freezes

I have no idea what is causing this so I've turned to you guys for help I've tried a hard drive scan, windows 7 memory test diagnostic, registery cleaning, moving ram around ram slots, updating drivers but nothing works.

Basicallly a few months ago every now and then my computer would freeze for around 7-8 seconds. However now that can happen but is what is worst is WoW has gotten really laggy sometimes it acts as if I'm about to DC I can talk to people fine they can hear me but everything else does not work I get the feeling the two are not linked. I've been pinging google normally its fine and my ms is around 40 however I pinged it today  for 120 seconds when WoW started having these symptoms again and the results where.
A range of latency lowest being 31 highest being 1348, average being 429 with 8 pings being lost

the problem is with the operator Telia, according to your trace route.

    *edit*

    nevermind, I have it too.

either way, when your computer freezes that just means something else is happening; this can be your hard drive spinning up or another program/process going on.

I would seriously recommend a fresh install of your operative system (takes 30 minutes and you won't have 2000 processes and whatnot running in the background), if the problem still occurs you know it's hardware-based.

Are you using bittorent while playing WoW?

no ages ago when I was trying to solve these issues are disabled all startup services so not only would any torrent not be running there also not seeding as I'm a leecher and I stop seeding very quickly

Your getting timed out just going to your router. Something appears to be wrong hardware side.
