    Blizzard is pissing me off

So I got hacked recently (an authenticator is on its way, so don't even go there) and something the hacker did resulted in me getting banned. I sent in a ticket with the form to get me unbanned (and then did 3 more), and all I've gotten each time was a response about how I should 'send in the form with a ticket', which I already did 3 times. they're starting to piss me off with these loops of answers they give me.

    What now?

ummm lets see if I remember this process.
    1. Open the ticket
    2. Call them
    3. Fax them copy of driver license ..i think
    4. Get account unlocked
    5. Put in another ticket or use the same ticket to get stuff restored

Yeah, if you put in their ticket they had been asking for and its still banned, I would call them next. This happened to a friend of mine, even though he still had to wait three more days, calling them was the key.

You best call them, that's the best results in most cases

  5. #5
If you call them directly, you will probably get much better results as Resentful said.

That kinda makes me laugh a bit (x It's like once I called AT&T because my internet went down. Their response was "Please go on our website for information what to do" and then they put me on hold. -.-"

    1) Dont buy gold
    2) Dont sign up to forums / any warcraft / mmo or gaming related site with the battle.net e-mail and password.
    3) Dont open any e-mail you see that has anything to do with mmo's Use a separate e-mail for battle.net you use for nothing else never post it online ever!. and you wont get spam fake e-mails.
    4) Dont buy gold
    5) Dont buy gold

I wonder how many of these post a week are on Mmo?

and how many get the same answer.

    CALLTHEM!
it's honestly the best, fastest way to get shit done.
(Unless you get a douche on the other end)

There really isn't much of a discussion that can be had here. The correct advice has already been given.

Try to be patient with Blizzard they are going to get you your stuff back and put their resources and time into returning things back to normal for you for a problem that wasn't there fault. Cut them some slack
