Just went to startup WoW and got a download queued for FIFTEEN GIGABYTES. WTF is that?! Check MMO Champ and all it is is a tiny hotfix.
FFS Blizz, my WoW folder is already 30 gigs, give my hard drive a break!

This is currently a re-calibrate error meaning simply RELOAD the launcher and you will be fine
Just a small minded bug

clear the cache in the data folder, clear the cache in the main wow folder, remove all the installers in that same folder, delete any errors in the error folders, move your screenshots folder to somewhere else(unless you like it there), remove any wtf configs for characters you've deleted/never gonna use, get rid of any addons you don't use.
mainly the cache in the data folder is the big one out of those.
also what resentful said.Sig: Left-aligned forms are the slowest of the three to complete because of the number of eye fixations they require to parse.

Hotfixes are never downloaded. They're server-side. What you're seeing is probably an error as Resentful said.
