[H] <Unbridled> 10M PST 3/7 Firelands - 6 Hour Raid Schedule

Unbirlded is a 10M progression guild on the Draka server. We are currently looking to add more to our group to ensure that we continue to aggressively progress through Firelands. Even though our raid schedule is very casual, we focus heavily on raid progression, and spend very little time with farm content.

Raid Times: 8PM - 11PM PST, 10PM - 1 AM CST Wed and Thurs (6 Hours Total)

Progress: 6/7 Normal Mode

Gear Requirements : 359+ avg gear level

We are currently looking for:

HEALERS

We are primarily looking for a resto druid, however, any exceptionally played healer will be considered.

DPS

Boomkin Druid

Shadow Priest

Mage

We are currently full on Death Knights, Hunters, and Paladins. We have a preference for ranged DPS with some exceptions, but we are willing to review exceptional player applications.

While we only raid a very casual six hours per week, we make it a point to focus on progressing on new bosses while farming the old ones when time allows. Because we only raid six hours, you are expected to maintain as close to 100% attendance as you can. However, we understand that you have a life outside of WoW, and, as a result, we keep a slightly larger roster (no more than 15, some being part time) to compensate for absences. We do not recruit bench warmers. Our guild highly values each other's time commitments, and we make it a priority to give everybody as much raid time as possible during those occassions when attendance is high.

The respect our guild shows toward your time goes both ways. We expect everyone to know fights before walking into them. We expect you to know your class, and continue to do your own research with each patch to keep up with content and class changes. Our raid team is small, and, as such, we expect each of our members to step up to the plate by performing well and being involved with strategy discussion.

A little more about us:

Unbridled, during WotLK, was a 25 man hardcore guild on a casual raiding schedule, and we were amongst the most competitive guilds horde side throughout the expansion. At the beginning of cataclysm, we had decided to switch to a 10 man raid atmosphere. The majority of our raiding crew have been past officers, raid leaders, or have been a member of our raid team since the guild was created around Wrath launch and have never gone anywhere since. We work well together, have a wide range of opinions and experience, and we share the same goals to push progression hardmode content.
