Elevation is an established guild on the server Chamber of Aspects, built with members who have experienced all aspects of the game right back to the start of Vanilla WoW. We have players who killed C'thun and downed Naxx at level 60, players who did Sunwell pre nerf, players with over 11,000 achivement points and even sadder players gold capped on several characters. Many of us used to be in hardcore guilds on the server Runetotem, but 2 years ago we started Elevation wanting to have a guild with good progress AND a social life - The last is for us very important as we are bound together by mutual respect and friendship.
We migrated to CoA from Runetotem over a year ago when the hardware issues made RT unplayable for progression guilds, virtually the whole guild moved, and since coming here we have attracted only the best players, and remain VERY picky on whom we invite.
Our main Raid Leader and GM is Mithos, his calm and professional approach to raids means that very few players ever leave. We consider achievements along with kills at heroic the main focus of our game and we aim to get everyone their achivements and don't believe in fixed groups to get the job done.
We dont aim to be server firsts, we dont claim to be hard core, we DO claim to be professional, focused, intelligent and all encompassing of our members needs.
We are focused on 25 man raiding only for mains, with primary alts working on 10 man raiding within the guild environment. The 25 man raiding game may have the same loot as 10 mans but we dont consider the challenge of 10 man raiding on anything like the same par, we have started some 10 man raiding for alts - and frankly its not a challenge...we LIKE a challenge and expect you too to.
What do we expect?
We raid from 20:30 until 24:00 server time Weds, Thurs, Sunday, Monday; we expect YOU to be there for all our raids, starting at 20:30 (a bit later than most) is important too us as we welcome players with lives, in fact we want players that are mature in attitude (and usually that means age - but not exclusively).
We will be running 10 mans for primary alts in cataclysm on tuesday and maybe fridays as well.
We expect you to know your class backwards and your primary alts as well, we expect to be able to find no faults in your build and gear choices, we expect you to be able to take constructive critism both from us as officers but also your peers in the raid - we dont expect you to ever be shouted at or abused, this guild functions on results, skill and cooperative effort and that comes from team work - not individuals.

We have also changed one of our raid days as it suited us all better. Therefore, we are now raiding on wednesday, thursday, sunday and monday from 20:30 to 24:00
