Riplimbs lost collar vs flamebinding girdle. When i look at bis lists it says flame binding is better. But i would like to know why something with haste and hit is better then something with expertise and crit. As crit is i believe more valued then haste or hit.

I don't know about the BiS list, but Rawr(set up fully for my gear/content) says Riplimb's is ~1.6% better(1.6% more total mitigation).

indeed, for belts:
Heroic Riplimb>Sinestra belt> Normal Riplimb> heroic TotW belt with mastery/crit= Flamebinding girdle (though Flamebinding might be better than ToTW belt)
