Legion of Exiles, on Proudmoore, is putting together a new 10 man team and needs several core raiders to fill our spots.

Recruitment:
Frost DK
Resto Druid
Arcane Mage
Shadow Priest
Resto Shaman
Demo Warlock

Raid Times: Wend-Friday 6pm-10pm PST.

Loot Rules: Main Spec/Off Spec, mixed with a loot council.

There will be a 2 week initiation period where you will be judged on:
Numbers/Logs - Low numbers either means you aren't geared or you play wrong
Raid Awareness - Fire is bad
Attendance - 100% attendance is required to pass your initiation
Personality - No one likes a jerk or someone who thinks they are entitled to loot
Ability to handle criticism - self-explanatory

If you meet what we consider to be acceptable, you will be promoted to a raider.

Further time in the guild, along with the display of analytic skills and dependability, will promote you to a Core Raider spot.

Our concept is simple, if you do not live up to what we expect of a raider, you will not raid with us. Constant and repeated mistakes are unacceptable, ever-yone has a bad day, but making the same mistake 3-4 times on a fight you should know either means you can't pay attention, or you have a bad computer. Neither of which is what we are looking for.
